You would expect any executive team to have a plan in place were they to sack senior management. It's almost at the point of being laughable that we sack a manager who has been utterly tripe for a long time, clearly with very little clarity as to who his replacement is. They had time, opportunity and means to start the recruitment process before chopping him. Stevey wonder could see he would end up gone. Hate this club at the moment.
