…Anthony Barry‘s rise to the top has been meteoric.

Born in Liverpool, with Everton as a youngster (I can’t remember ever watching him play) but released and drifted into the lower leagues to no great effect. Was Assistant Manager to Paul Cook at Wigan before being appointed first team coach at Chelsea. I understand he did his coaching badges with Lampard who must have been impressed with what he saw.

Still only 35, Tuchel speaks very highly of him. Could be a real coup if he re-joins the Toffees as Lampards right hand man.

i imagine some folk on here might know him.
