Play is good. Pienaar the base of everything.

No real penetration. Cahill looks injured and not adding much. Gibson donning his invisible cloak before passing into no mans land.

Other than that, just need to step it up. Pienaar centrally would work wonders. Drop Cahill, slap pienaar there, drenthe left.

Knew you'd look on the bright side there lid.

Play has been boring. However its no different than any other recent Everton-Wigan matchup I have seen over the years. Let's hope we could nick this 1-0.

Big problems with the streams, so i haven't seen a lot of the match, but from what i have seen it's very scrappy, we aren't playing anywhere near as well as on Tuesday. No standout players for me so far, The Count is quiet and might be replaced by Jelavic when they come back out, terrible mistake by Howard who is making a lot of scrappy errors lately, and Gibson still has a LONG way to go to convince me he should be in the starting 11, every time i've seen him he is making way too many wayward passes. We should be winning this one but we need to raise our gaime in order to do so.

Give Gibson time. Our attacking football is breaking up as soon as Cahill/Straq get the ball. I'd like to see Jelavic on for Cahill for some better link up play and some quality. Pienaar may well be first to go though, I reckon he'll be tired by the hour mark. Drenthe will give them something to worry about though.

Not bad, straq is doing his best, cahill looks slow, gibson should be doing better, and pienaar is the best so far.

Id probably put donovan where cahill is, drenthe on for cahill on the right
