He should be gone though, soooo gooooooone.
 

No. Let him see out the season. Sacking him now won't gain us anything except uncertainty.
Not sacking him would continue the uncertainty of will he or won't he be sacked though whereas sacking him will confirm that we are certainly in the market for a new boss. Surely that's better?
 
They're waiting for him to resign but he is too stubborn for that and it means he will wave a payout. Football is backward sometimes. If I was [Poor language removed] at my job it would be warning, written warning, final written warning and then sack! Why when a football manager drastically underperforms, doesn't hit targets and gets sacked they get a massive payout?
