A lot of the players are more likeable than in times gone by, certainly than the so called golden generation, however I can’t fully get behind the team due to the ‘GB News, German bomber, 2 world wars’ fanbase.

I am English and want England to win, however I do take great enjoyment in seeing bulldog-tattooed gammons’ heads falling off, so I feel like the whole thing is win-win for me.
Yes... remember through the 90s as a kid how much I loved supporting and watching England and I want the same for the youngsters these days,God knows they've got nothing to cheer about in this country at the minute.
Sure there is negative nonsense that comes with the Ingerland supporters mob but I choose to ignore that.
Feel sorry for kids of biffy Kopites who won't let their sons and daughters indulge because it doesn't line up with their Cult like thinking.
