It look like he took a copy for himself and shoved it in his pocket.
Whoever he is, he's taking a very big chance with his job over this.

Modern copy machines keep records of when copies were made and what was copied. Whoever did this is doomed and quite possibly going to jail.

Yep, the internet police can backtrace the copy and scan the fingerprint from the Copy button. He's done for.

100% it is real, Snoop on TEF confirmed it, one of his sources passed the same image to him a few days ago, it was never made public by him, that Smithy has seemed to get the same image from another source in the chain.

The ID card image was legit, the plot has definitely thickened.

It's still an immoral thing to do, regardless of the source. It makes the club look like a bunch of amateurs at best.

Stuff like that shouldn't be leaking - and even if it is, it shouldn't be getting posted on a public forum, censored or otherwise.

It could even be enough to scupper a transfer, if it feels like a betrayal of trust to the lad.

No idea. I don't know what laws you have over there about handling private/sensitive information. At the very least this person will be unceremoniously sacked.
