Today, William Hill agreed to pay me out without having to be verified.....only took six phone calls, two e mails, one live chat interaction and two messages on Twitter.

The live chat is the most frustrating thing about Hills.
Awful.
I had to take screenshots of one recently to back up a complaint.
I also, luckily, took video clips, on a couple of separate devices, of their site glitching right out so that I couldn't cash out / get off a bet in running.
