Gylfi seems to think the ball is a ‘kin hand grenade every time someone passes to him. Sheer panic with his first touch.

Noticed a few times he came deep to pick up the ball and instead of turning and playing forward when he had space, he immediately plays it back to defence or sideways to Davies, whose passing has been very poor today.

Can't do anyone worse than giving Branthwaite or Baningime 45 mins. Atleast they'd show passion. The likes of Sigurdsson and Davies are too comfortable as they know no matter how bad they are they'll still get game time. Same goes for Gomes too.

I love that we defend 0-0's. Half these players are complete dirge, really looking forward to binning the bulk of them off. Sigurdson is the first one that needs throwing on the scrap heap.

US tv pundits saying the side looks passive which I think is relatively kind/complimentary.

These past few performances have had an “end of managerial era” feel to them.

Yet we are barely into a “new managerial” era.

Still, I am refusing to legitimise the abberation that is this glorified run of practice matches that is behind closed doors league football in July by passing judgement on anyone.
