I will be at Molineux on Saturday urging on the boys in blue.

It's just dawned on me that it could be the last ever top-flight away match in our club's illustrious history. If we lose against Wolves as we did at home earlier this season it almost certainly will be our last ever one.

We are in a truly perilous situation. The frightening thing is is that the players have, by and large, given their all for the fans. They have been terribly managed by Frank, a lovely chap but not someone who's cut out for a job like this one. Then there was the Doucoure suspension - that really killed our momentum.

We are where we are and we must avoid defeat.
Did this post not get enough bites when you first posted it a few hours ago?

I personally think we're gonna hand out a passionate and unprotected bumming of the Wolves on Saturday. Predicting three to one in favour of the representatives of FC Everton. Forget about the City game and channel and energy and performance from Brighton here.

I was encouraged by the first half an hour of our performance against the champions and I was equally encouraged by how we fans applauded our players off the pitch.

We as fans have realised that to boo or to abuse our own players is to do our rivals' job for them and is simply counterproductive. And it was a recognition of the effort that each and every one of the players had put in against the best team on the planet.

I will be at Molyneux cheering on the Blues with thousands of other Evertonians. Things look pretty precarious right now and the fate of our club hangs in the balance, but we as fans have a massive part to play.
I'm not sure it is a case of the fans realising booing doesnt help, more of an acknowledgement that they put in a decent display and were still trying at the end.

No actual idea how we set up btw if DCL, Mykolenko & Coady can't feature.. 🥴
Would probably have to be a 5 with Keane brought in, if those 3 are out

----------Pickford
----Keane Mina Tarkowski
Patterson------------McNeil
----Iwobi Gana Garner
----------Doucoure
---------Simms/Gray

I can see another Brighton type performance providing you score first. Maybe not as convincing but still comfortable.

Not the greatest going forward wolves are they so I think you could pick them off on the break if you’re defending a lead.

He’s inconsistent but gray is your best player to play that way for me, surprised he doesn’t get more minutes.

They played us off the park when they beat us at Goodison earlier this season.

This will be a very tough fixture, indeed.

Our players will give it their all as they invariably do, but will it be enough to get anything out of the game?
Also, it's their last home game.
They won't want to be losing.

We can get a result here, especially if DC-L is fit.

If we have no left back:

Pickford
Keane Tark Mina
Patterson-----------------McNeil
Gueye Doucoure Iwobi
DC-L Gray

Their last few goals have come from set pieces and a dumb penalty from the Palace keeper.
Neves is quality with the dead ball situation.

We will have to play well to come away with a point or points this Saturday. Will not be easy at all.
