To be quite honest with you, if the keeper is still in the six-yard box I'm not seeing the issue. Penalties should be buried no matter if the goalkeeper is the result of a genetic experiment involving the DNA of Rinat Dasaev, Harald Schumacher, Neville Southall, and Jordan Pickford's water bottle.

I disagree entirely - players cannot spread themselves like that to block an opponent (or a shot or pass) and then claim the protection of the accidental handball rule; they've adopted that stance in order to block the player or a shot. It was a pen all day every day in every form of the game.
