I really don't think it matters. If I have a system for starting it's somewhere between random and scattergun. As long as you have a good vocabulary and think before pressing enter, particularly on your third attempt, you have a good chance of getting it. Personally I'm always pleased to get it in four, especially when getting nothing with my first word.

It's like everything really, just because something works for one doesn't mean it will work for all.
My system is to try to include an A and E in the first word while still continuing through the alphabet which makes it slightly more difficult.
