Have there been any contentious games getting those two sides through though? I can't think of any games, except weirdly maybe our last one, where the better team didn't go through.

I've not watched enough games to say, not even the final, but it just smells iffy IMO

So one of the teams they were fixing it for is 2-1 up, so the ref adds "10 minutes" injury time and then Holland make it 2-2... in the "11th minute" of injury time. Doubt they'd bank on a penalty shoot-out going their way, when the ref could have just added far less injury time. Dragging it out like that, would be a bit like the mob paying a fighter to take a dive in the 12th round.
