World Snooker Championship

Leading by 7 frames and needing a couple of flukes to get over the line and win by one; he almost bottled it. Williams had his chance in that final frame too to take it.

Still that was a brilliant semi final which had everything. Credit to both players. Enjoyed that.
Judd just said he was even enjoying watching Williams playing last night, he was playing that well.
The first time he’s enjoyed watching an opponent.

I think Judd has every chance tomorrow. He’s played himself into form, as i was convinced he’d fallen out of love with the game.

I think if Ronnie gets into the final without much of a fuss tonight, it’ll be interesting to see how Trump reacts tomorrow, as mentally that match today surely took a lot out of him.

Judd's coming into peak form at the perfect moment but beating Ronnie when he's anything over 90% is nigh impossible. Still his WC to lose, and I hope he doesn't because I desperately want to see him break Hendry's record.

Made up to see Williams and Higgins still competing at the top level, especially the former. For me he played better this tournament than he did when he won it a few years back. And JH was near enough retired not so long ago, said he'd lost all interest. Good to see him with his fire back.

Such a fascinating sport.

Trump is a very good player and has played himself into form as others have said. He will have a decent chance in a final against Ronnie should he prevail here.
Just watching Ronnie, it's remarkable how he's improved his technique over the years. Watch any match and his cue action when he was a youngster and compare it to today. It's far more solid today.

Additionally, hes seems more assured potting into the middle pockets that he was. I remember the first year he won the WSC and he missed quite a few blues off the spot on that final, but I can't remember a single similar miss so far this year
