World Snooker Championship

At 12-5 that's some task for Judd to win it from here. On current form, it might not even go to a final session.

Even if you say the session goes Trump's way at very best that's 6-2. 14-11 in the final session is doable but still puts Ronnie as massive favourite just needing 4 frames to win.

Likely it will be 4-4 or 5-3 even if Trump is on it they way O'Sullivan is playing this year.

Only lost the one final: to Mark Selby. Selby was 10-4 down to Higgins in 2017, looked exhausted and beaten, but summoned up the energy to win the final three frames of the night and launch a brilliant fightback to take the title the following day. Trump, tonight, effectively waved the white flag.

Ronnies first world final against Higgins is a very underrated match actually.

The standard was extremely high throughout from both players. It was there that I first really noticed the game had moved up a couple of notches from the White/Hendry days.

2 issues for Trump. 1 being he's not playing anywhere near his best, which has been the case for a lot of the tournament. The other being O'Sullivan is his Idol. I remember Ronnie losing to Davis in the UK Final when Davis was well past his sell by date. Ronnie idolised him and let that affect his play, to the point where I think he was happier with Davis winning than he would have been if he won himself.
