Yes the turning point was the frame where he needed a bit of screwback to then pot the pink ove the top pocket to go 5-1 up and he screwed the ball in off into the opposite bottom pocket after potting the red ......

I feel the writing was on the wall then .....for Ronnie & Magill smelt blood ...... a real confidence booster that bad mistake ......

Big frame ya. But i guess he was in in the deciding frame too . Got unlucky with a kick but I think he should have played safe instead of the last red he took

Interest seems to have wained with the demise of Ronnie.
But a couple of the quarter finals looks like they could be crackers. Williams and Selby especially. Robertson v Wilson as well should be good.

Williams being a bit too adventurous at times and making errors, would love him to pull this back but Selby is bang on form and can't see him letting this slip.
