What does not accepting him mean in reality?

Hoping we lose matches to hasten his sacking?

Completely tuning out from the team until he is sacked?

Leading protests at the ground?

Then the answer would be I accept him.

We all have our own views. But it's hardly a democracy.

The club will appoint whomever they like from the list of availables.

We can indeed vote with our feet / wallets if we dislike that choice, but I imagine it won't come to that for the vast majority.

No, but not just because he was disrespectful to Everton (although that should be enough if the club has any self respect). Mainly because it would be a disaster as half of the fan base would be against him before a ball was kicked, just like Allardyce. With that much negativity towards him he probably wouldn't last until Christmas and we'd end up sacking him and continuing to pay his wages for years. It's not worth the risk.

I have voted yes on the above really. I have no idea what not accepting him would look like.
