where I live there is an equal mix of both, and they aren't exactly at each others throats, firebombing each other, ambushing on the way home. In fact apart from the colours they wear you wouldn't know where they are from ('til they speak obv.)
The 'hatred' between the 2 cities has gone from football rivalry to just hatred, but you'll usually find that the ones that show it the most are those that have never actually met anyone from t'other....... hatred born from ignorance, something I reckon most racism derives from as well.
