I would never have Moyes back as a Manager - but I would happily bring him in as an Assistant (if his ego permitted it) just to kick the arras of the prima Donnas currently disgracing our beloved Royal Blue shirts. C'mon, would you fancy walking into the dressing room to be fronted by the ginger Golam, wide-eyed and apoplectic after another weak kneed capitulation? Reckon he would be a much better option than Big Dunc!

Why don't we just go the whole hog and send for Archie Knox and his baseball bat again?

No, not a chance. Did good (not great) when he was here but if you look at the finishes during his time here we still averaged around that 7th/8th spot which should be attainable whoever is in charge. His time at R Sociedad and Sunderland (purposely choosing to exclude Utd) was dire and Hammers fans wanted him out due to his archaic form of football and consistently negative attitude. Pass!

One thing about David is he understands the game. He knows how to play different styles effectively against different teams to get the right result. David is a genius of men

Joking right?
Moyes is like the Scottish Roy Hodgson.......brilliant in the under dog role of organizing a team to disrupt and frustrate better competition but clueless when given better talent and asked to come out of said shell and dominate a game.
Hodgson: good at Palace, Fulham, Switzerland/ awful at Liverpool
Moyes: good at over performing on a couple of seasons at Everton on a tight budget and barely keeping west ham up/ awful at Utd

His average finish at Everton over his tenure was around that 7th/8th spot and the game has moved on massively from then.....
