Held for ransom by David Moyes. Another low by the club. The amount of people here actually wanting him back tells me that the supporters are just as big part of the problem than anything else.

? Virtually no-one wants him back

Who’s in charge at our club? Kenwright, Moshiri, Brands? Who decides that the right call is to bring back a former manager who has failed at every club he’s been at since doing the dirty on us? And if this is the route they have collectively chosen to take why wait so long? The board have allowed an inept manager continue and waist points when their chosen replacement was ready and waiting. It’s laughable. All the money we’ve spent and we’re turning back to David Moyes, it’s just laughable

The board is a disgrace sick of this club making us the jokers of the league

If he gets appointed he gets appointed we, we need a change and need to got get behind him and the team, maybe he will bring some fight into them gang of sh*t-houses, an show them what it means to play for Everton because not one of them know that,

We've gone full circle. All the way back to the man who's departure was supposed to usher in a new era at this club. He's been gone for 6 and a half years. In that time we have spent an absolute fortune on players and managers and not progressed an inch.

How has it come to this? How have we got it this wrong to beg a guy back that's been sacked from his last 4 jobs and been out of work for a year and a half...

An utter embarrassment if this failure walks back in. Mediocrity is in the brickwork at Goodison now and this would be the lowest point. The sheer lack of imagination and forward planning regarding managerial appointments at this club is staggering and has been for years. We will likely stay up but the chasm between us and actual serious clubs will get a whole lot bigger when this fella’s cardie is back on it’s peg at Finch Farm.

I don't want Moyes for so many reasons (stagnation at the end which was his fault in the end, the whole Baines and Fellaini issue), but we need a manager like him; getting them organised, defensively sound, fit and we played good football at times.

Who that is I have no idea... anyone?

Look at the polarization in the supporter base. What board would sanction a move so divisive. It would be catastrophic. I understand the Moyes shouts but it's over, move on. You cant honestly suggest that he is the only option. Are we, you, that shortsighted?

It's time for steady heads and hearts, not emotions. We lie in the bottom three however, there's a nucleus of a team. Not one that Moyes could handle, Hughes or Allardyce. They are simply not those type of players.

What respect do you think potential players have to Moyes? We need a manager who is bigger than the board. Someone who stamps his authority on the club and makes it their own.

The litany of yes man at the club has been appalling. For many years.

Employ people who annoy you, tear down your expectations, wake you from your stupor. Get rid of your acceptance and more importantly, wake you from a slumber. Get a rocket up your ass, that's what this club needs, not a knife to a gunfight.

If you can't afford a gun, bring dynamite.
