Osman is a decent player. He does a fine job for us - people scapegoat him far too easily whenever possible because he's English, has been around for a while and doesn't have a flashy name.

So he missed a sitter, big whoop. He's tidy on the ball, gives it 100% for the shirt and rarely loses possession. Not everyone has to be Messi FFS
 

Ossie and Pienaar both shoot like 8 year old girls. It's embarrassing. They're ok when they try and curl it with the inside of the foot but when they try to use the laces 9 times out of 10 it's badly badly gash. I just don't get it.
 

watched Ossie coming through the ranks. Really talented youngster, great feet doing mazy dribbles around the edge of the box. Scored the odd humdinger (Blackburn away in the Youth Cup). Class act, which is why he was kept on despite being light weight and injury prone. Classy players link well with others of the same ilk, hence why he looked so comfortable at international level.
Tony Grant was a similar type who made a decent living out of the game.
