If Mirallas does leave(hopefully) and Lookman forces a move away then I think Bolasie may well be kept as cover for Richarlison and Walcott.

For a brief second when I seen this thread bumped and the twitter url was loading I thought we had done a hatrick of Williams Mirallas and Bolasie in one day.

I feel robbed.

I’d agree if he could shoot or pass - and his pace hadn't gone, runs like he’s in a pair of primark £2.00 sliders.

Alls he cares about is brap brap gangsta rap, bobble hats and his 5* skill rating on Fifa.

Whisper it quietly, but I'd be happy with Bolasie staying on;

1.) We're going to need cover for Richarlison and Walcott
2.) As good as it is to be gutting the squad of deadwood, massive overhaul of an entire team in a single season is generally very risky
3.) I'd much rather have Bolasie with his strong dressing room presence and solid attitude to training than Mirallas
4.) It's all well and good to say 'we need to sell' but who is actually going to buy him?
5.) Despite consistently poor performances, he is capable of producing an immense cross out of absolutely nowhere as evidenced by his performances over the past few seasons (noticeably poor but still gets assists out of the blue)

I think he's staying, and the more you get used to it the more you'll come around to the idea.

He’s got the tools to be a decent player. Strong & quick, he’s got the beating of any FB if he wants to.

If Silva could get him to quit the step-overs & just use his pace, he’d be useful backup.

Obviously, I hope we bring better in, but he’s not as bad as some on here make out. He’s not Mirallas bad..
