Him being nice has nothing to do with him being a good player, a bad player or anything in between. Its about him seeming to be a nice person. You understand?
Him being a bad player is a bad thing for the club. Him being a good player is good for the club. I therefore (as an Everton supporter) want him to be a good player and fill the position we need filling of RW.
