The fact is that he's been here for four years, under two different managers, and hardly played on the left and there is no clamour for him to do so, that tells you everything you need to know. And I guess we will see whether a third manager in a row also fails to play him on the left once we have signed our players and the season is under way.

Stats show he's more productive there aswell.
