Compared to Mirallas (66 games, 17 goals, 6 assists), I am struggling to understand the price tag. Hopefully Bolasie turns out to be a top-tier player, but I've not seen anything in him at Palace that suggests there is untapped potential for RK to work with.

Stats i found on him shows him with 9 goals 15 assists over the last 60 games for Palace though

Cheer up, Tree. You've woken up in 2016.

Nothing will be the same.

Come on Ian, 25m for an utter bang average winger from Palace, Its screams desperation

I thought Walsh would have plucked some gems out from Europe tbh, All very disappointing
Like I said earlier, I'll wait and see. We needed pace power and the offer of width on the left hand side, we now have it.

He must be good then.......RAWK "Just a really terrible deal. Not just the money oaid for his level of talent, but 27 is pretty old for a winger as well, be amazed if they aren't trying to loan him out to Turkey within 2 years.".........

Always a pleasure to visit this Everton FC fan site. Without doubt the best I have seen on the net.

I am sad to see YB go because he has been a huge net contributor to CPFC during his four seasons at the club.

However, one thing that cannot be dismissed is that fact that last season supporters down here were calling for him to be axed, based mainly on the fact he doesn't score or create many goals.

Now remember he only cost CPFC about £300,000 and his arrival triggered a promotion season and three top-flight campaigns, plus bags of entertainment.

Despite this CPFC fans were hammering him so how will Everton supporters (who traditionally have much better players and a much better team) react the they see what he's about?

Quite simply YB was great for CPFC because we are not very good. We play deep with men behind the ball and his role was to simply carry the ball up the pitch.

Basically, that's it.

Maybe he has so few assists because our strikers are dreadful so those stats may improve courtesy of the Everton FC front line.

As for YB's shooting it is very poor, not that it puts him off from having plenty of long-range efforts that inevitably soar high over the crossbar. I am sure Everton fans are looking forward to that.

Oh yeah, another thing. Forget the Congo connection and the funny name. You have a fellah from north-west London on your hands, he's been here since a baby.

He also has his own personal athletic trainer, separate from the club.

Despite my criticism he's almost in the 'legendary' category at CPFC, a guy who had a good connection with the fans and played with a smile on his face.

Enjoy.
