Hopefully he gets his first Goodison 90 minutes under his belt on Tuesday. Seems like the type who is down to earth, grounded, and could really connect with the club.
He's NEA. Doesn't speak a word of German apparently. How will he like gaggenpressing?
You would seriously drop barry?bolasie right, mirallas left and deulofeu in the centre as a fluid revolving three behind lukaku for the next game please.
gueye and barkley behind.
Excellent. Fluid in total football thoughHe's NEA. Doesn't speak a word of German apparently.

Hull are top of the league mate, Leicester have ruined the fear factorfor a lot of games yes. When we play teams like hull or burnley at home, we don't need to be concerning ourselves with a defensive midfielder. Especially not with a front 7 like i stated in my post. They're not going to outscore us are they?

Against certain opponents definitely. You would seriously drop barry?

Do we really need two holding midfielders for teams that play on the counter. I also wouldn't push both fullbacks up since I think it leaves teams too exposed. Guardiola has recognised this tactic has become too easy to play against which is why his fullbacks have almost become CMs and the wingers do their job and stay wide.
Every time I have seen him he has looked fantastic including today. Once Rom puts his scoring boots on we will do some damage. He is going to be very useful away from home. He will never be a goal scorer but some early signs that he could create a lot of goals for us.
I agree but why not a 4-1-4-1?I doubt we will continue with 3 at the back for very long, think it was just a way to get "past" Coleman and Roms injuries.
Ive just watched this Kev interview, he says almost the same at 1.40m, he implies that Koeman will play his favoured 4-2-3-1 when possible.

Under Martinez there was always the fear Deulofeu and Barkley wouldn't work hard enough to do that but it looks already Koeman is quickly sorting out that problem.
