We should have moved on from this dude last week. He has clearly been holding out for some other offers.. which to me says alot about him, ive not seen much of him but i feel like if he is happy not playing regular football or his ego tells him hes better than Everton... do we really want lads like this in the squad?

Uncle & Agent Yerry Mina: "Olympique Lyonnais, Manchester United & Everton are 3 serious candidates, with whom we discussed. We'll see how it ends. "If the Colombian chooses one of the two English clubs, answer within 48 hours. Otherwise, it will be OL

Cheeky get. What is it with family members acting as agents. Self serving jokers all of them.
Swerve the tit. He will be forgotten within a few weeks after the new season begins.

Why does he call his nephew "the Columbian?" Reckon he's really a Nigerian Prince after 30 pieces of silver?

He actually said that?!?!?

Raging here

But you’ve just said that ‘exactly your point’ was that it’s absolutely not in Barcelona’s interest to lose the possibility of selling him to us, therefore their deadline is effectively the same as ours. They don’t have to sell him by Thursday but then they don’t have to sell him at all. Make no mistake, Barcelona would much rather sell him before Thursday. You understand that and I do. What makes me laugh is when people think someone with the negotiating experience of brands doesn’t.

I know where your coming from, but I disagree really, I think you have the wrong of it. We are talking about Barcelona here one of the biggest commercial entities in World football, the Mina transfer is way down their list of priorities I would think and top of ours. That will probably tell everything you need to know about leverage and the power balance here on top of opposite deadlines to do a deal.

They are not hanging for a Mina fee, they aren’t Burnley. I’d say it’s pretty irrelvent to them if they can sell them to us for 25 mill, or send him on loan to Lyon for a year for five million, put him in the shop window in the CL and regroup next summer. In fact they might be better off.

Either way all these angles will be pushed by Barca and we will be fleeced if he is to come, all the leverage is Barcas. They wouldn’t be the least bit arsed if Everton pulled out of a deal.
