I have seen us linked with Malcolm several times but we obviously were buying Richarlison at that time which would throw a huge question mark over the Malcolm story.
I think the Richarlison story came out of the blue as well as very few thought Watford would sell anybody to us.
I am not sure anybody has a clue who we are chasing or even trying to sell.

If Rojo played for anyone but Utd he'd get a red card every other game. He's a liability.

They are still gonna have the issue of non-EU quotas, not to mention they have Pique, Umtiti, Lenglet and Vermaelen on their books at CB. They are well removed from the days of playing Yaya Toure and Mascherano there.

If a buy back deal for two years is all they offer us we'd be fools not to take it.

i just don't think his sale is reliant on malcom because they wanted to buy willian anyway so this wouldn't have really changed their thinking, but the it is a bit weird if they've gone from wanting a 30 year old winger to a 21 year old one, so maybe they want willian as well and that would impact.

Both use up a non EU spot as well so if they sign either there's no room for YM

i am not a big fan of signing real/barca/united ... giant teams rejects .. but this guy never got a real chance in barca . he was impresssive in the world cup . i would love to have him . also the fact that barca have the non eu players dilemma , we shud be able to negotiate well ... and we shud be careful about spurs or someone hijacking this deal . although sissoko was a flop , but that last day drama still hurts . the guy was having a medical one moment ..and was in london the other moment ..so if we really want Mina or Digne , lets wrap it up quickly guys . i hope the new transfer team wont disappoint us in wrapping up deals ..
