In Jimmy Floyds team of the week along with Pickford
Also said we wouldn't finish top 4 in his opinion, although he did say it wasn't impossible. Better teams ahead of us and we should focus on Euro spot.

Can't argue with that really. Even during our good run over the last 7 games the 5 above us have all at least kept pace.

I’d be happy with 5/6 as it means we’ve upset the Sky Darlings and knocked one of them off their perch
However to do that I think we need 2 additions in the Jan window and not sure if that’s possible financially
I’d like Lozano and a striker
We don’t have a real cutting edge and Sat showed that
Without sounding pompous we really should be seeing sides like Cardiff off with a bit of ease if we really want to compete at the top
I see we are linked with Barosa on loan so hopefully that means that Silva / Brands have identified a striker as a position to be filled
Walcott while still a good player is limited in that he needs space to work with and Lookman while showing great potential needs to improve his decision making , so I’d like to see Lozano or a player for that position brought in
With Arsena , Spurs and RS ( possibly ) in the Europa we could have a crack at top 4/5/6 if the right additions are made
I suppose a lot depends on who we can shift off the wage bill in Jan
Morgan , Naisse , Tosun , McCarthy plus a couple of young lads could possibly be sold / loaned out to free up funds / wages

Big fan of him bombing on - it adds a bit of unpredictability and I'm sure somebody will fill in for him at the back. Also, he loves a cheeky dummy.

Providing he picks his times to go forward its fine, he does it when he brings the ball out from the back.

Tell you what, defenders will panic a bit when he adds himself into an attack. Not only an extra player they didnt think would be there, but a 6ft5 defender who's got a good record in the air infront of goal.

I'm not aware that we have any legal financial restrictions like FFP to be wary of, but yeah, not sure if we have funds in the kitty or not. I can see Lozano happening and being mostly funded by Lookman going.

All of the top 6 clubs (I'm including United in this as they are only a point behind us and still in the mix) being in Europe will certainly be a factor, and City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs are also all still in the league cup.

I think our Yerry is a bit of toughnut. I reckon he's the sort that you'd need to shoot to stop him from not giving up. I like him. I think he has the right character to be a huge success and make who he plays for successful.

Prove me right Yerry.

Hopefully Lookman stays and buyers can be found for Morgan , Naisse and a few more to raise funds if required

I know it was only Cardiff but Yerry absolutely strolled through the game on Saturday and just looks so cool, calm and assured. I haven't seen our defence collectively breeze through a game like that for a long time.
