Who exactly are his Spanish speaking mates ?
Granted Gomes and Digne may have picked up a bit at Barca. The Brazilians will be Portuguese speaking.
Don't think that would have convinced him to come here mate.
I think knowing Portuguese eases you into Spanish conversation quite easily. I think there are plenty in the squad. That's quite a little group of um he's got.

He looks far too comfortable at Everton despite his relatively poor form since he joined and him having missed about half of the games through injury. I think he's just here for a good time with his Spanish speaking mates in the squad. I'd personally get him touted about for a transfer this summer, we'd probably get around 10m for him.

10m?

Christ.

Yerry played for Palmeiras for a while so it's not unlikely he knows some Portuguese, hence why you see him having a laugh with Richy and Bernard every so often

Exactly, common languages and those chaps will stick together. I'd still sell him though. Get Bernard gone too and bring Allan in to be Richi's new mate.

sign Stephens from Southampton.

I think it's more than pace he lacks, he doesn't attack crosses, and positionally he's not the best but he's still relatively young for a centre back and by no means the biggest issue in the squad.

With Braithwaite looking good and potentially Gabriel coming in - could Mina be a suprise OUT this summer?
Not sure you can rely on an 18 year old centre back. Can’t think of the last one to regularly hold down a place in the premier league in that position. Think we need another season with mina hopefully injury free.

True mate but if Gabriel comes in you have 5 CB's:

Keane
Gabriel
Holgate
Braithwaite
Mina

For me Mina is the weakest link there.
