Keane is half decent, and Holgate hasn’t shown enough to suggest he’s the answer yet but might be. Yerry needs a top class partner with pace.

I believe that Mina would be a lot more useful to us, if we could buy a class left back that could protect him more than is happening at present.
Most teams seem to attack us down our left flank, I can only assume it's easier for them than down Colemans flank. I think it would be worth
putting Baines at left back for 3 or 4 games just to see if it is any better for Mina.

Holgate has had plenty of good games at a CB for us, he's not Mina and we are definitely a CB short but the talk of him being a complete disaster if Mina isn't fit is nonsense

I hope he's fit. But no point playing him if he's not and turning a 1 week injury into an 8 week injury. We play again quickly on Tuesday so if we have to wait to then, so be it. Although Holgate certainly fills me with no confidence.
