Strangest thing I've seen in a while. Made even more strange by him being subbed and then he was actively trying to get back on the pitch.

He actually walked back on the pitch while the sub was instructed to come on, then he tried to tell the trainer who had come on to treat him that he was fit to continue, even doing a few exercises, and the crowd clapped him as he walked round The Stanley Park End!!
