Not 100% sure yet. We just have let the club continue with the plans.... Everton FC might still screw this up... I hope not though.

i dont reckon a season ticket will guarantee a seat at the last game ever.

i suspect the club will milk it (and rightly so) and setup games to celebrate the first purpose built football stadium in england. i also suspect some fan matches where fan sides will get a chance to have a run out on the famous but defunct pitch.
