you all seem to have a great memory. I can't even recall the last film I watched.:dodgy::lol:

me too.:D:huh:

probably some John Wayne film though in the very early sixties.

My next door neighbour was an ice cream person in the local picture house (yes, that's what it was called in my day) and she used to take me to 'the first house' every Friday night.

She posessed the amazing skills of walking backwards in the dark, downstairs with lots of people hassling you for a threepenny tub!
She was as good as any circus act in my young eyes!

I'm impressed by some of your memories aswell but I'll give it a shot.

These are not necessarilly the original year but reruns at the pictures

The Jungle book-1970
101 dalmations- 1970
Dumbo- 1970
must of been a Disney season coz I remember going to see these when I was 5.
It's a mad, mad, mad, mad world- 197?
Planet of the Apes- 197?
Dr. Who. (Daleks invasion of the earth 20??) -197?

As you can see, exact years escape me

Ghostbusters was definitely my first cinema experience. I remember closing my eyes when the library ghost at the beginning went 'scary'. Saw it recently, she was about as scary as toast.

I went watching Batman when it came out, that was the first film I went to sin madre y padre.

Memphis Belle and bizarrely Paul Hogan's most unknown film Almost an Angel.

Number 5 eludes me.
