With some state of nervousness as it was a special day for us both I had my first go at cooking fillet steak. Piece each bought at Aldi, no expense spared, what a simple thing to cook. I'd say impossible to get wrong. Pan fried done in five minutes medium rare. With salad and fries, just as good as I've had on my cruise lines.

I think it might have something to do with the wine and the fact that at 51 she looked pregnant after she'd finished it lol At least I have the remote control for telly now lol

If it was hard as a rock you could have always used them in the soles of your shoe ......
Missing Aldi with this Covid 19 - doh ......
I had to make do with Icelands creamy delux Fish cakes & a few Iceland chips plus mushy peas - having a bubble bath later LOL .......
