Unsurprisingly, I 'knew' the top three before even reading the article as there really hasn't been more than three options available for the accolade.

Silva must shoulder most of the blame for our current demise, but many/most of the players aren't performing either.

Has to be Schneiderlin for me. Cant actually remember a single thing he did this month but he was on the pitch for the majority of games. The effort he puts in for the shirt and his team mates, the passing range and the trscking back. Awesome schnieds. Really hope nobody comes in for gim in January, he would be a massive loss.
