I don’t know why they can’t just do it like the old days where they’d tell everyone they’d signed a player when they signed them and then there’d be interviews later.

He’s probably already done his medical and signed on the weekend but has had two days of Green screen shooting for loads of social media content.

to be fair everton announced Danjuma in the eveining it was reported from everyone else that it was all done ! completely shocked me that ! cant remember who it was last season but it was repoted done by everyone and then a week later everton let us know ! haha

My expectation mate is that once he gets up to speed and fitness with the Dyche regime he'll be first choice for when DCL fails or needs to come off.

Unless we bring another proven striker in late on. :dodgy:

We surely have to give Thelwell the credibility that he's not just bought a very expensive replacement for a 3rd choice bench sitter.

Guessing the down payment this window is less than the 4m we got this window off Coventry

Hope you're right just can't see Dyche trusting him. Especially if there's 2 or 3 more experienced strikers in the squad
 
Just been reading some views from Sporting fans that I know on other forums and have always been fairly correct in their assessments of their talents previously and it feels like this is a good deal for all parties albeit they’re slightly disappointed they aren’t holding onto him for at least one more season to try and see if he can make the step up to becoming a good player.

Basically we need to sign one more attacker because he’s a clear project player and has as much chance of being a dud as he does becoming an excellent player but I’m excited we are making that sort of punt. Despite the injuries recently, DCL was once one of those punts and he turned out brilliantly eventually with two very good seasons for us.

If we gradually ease this lad in to I think we could have a good talent on our hands.
