Ive no idea if this lad is any good, I know hes not gonna improve unless he gets games tho.

And I know its not really something we should be doing with so many glaring holes in our squad, but if DCL was injured, he would fill that glaring hole.

Pretty sure it'll be £12.5m guaranteed - it might be deferred, but we'll have to pay that fee. With £2.5m in add ons which we'll never know what they are.

He scored for the U23 the other week, when he played in the cup game he looked more coordinated than Beto, at least.

Well, he just got a game...

I'm not Dyche so I don't know, in reality if the two guys in front of him were remotely competent he shouldn't see the field at all.

I will say he doesn't necessarily need games to improve at this age. If he's been here 2 years and is not getting games, then I'd worry. But training with the first team at 19 is good experience.

They've said all along that he's one for the long term they clearly never expected him to be a big part of the team at this point otherwise they wouldn't have signed Beto aswell. Whether spending money on that type of player was the right thing to do in the summer is a different question but its not going to help Chermiti if people are acting like he should be in the team long before Everton expect him to be.
