The lad is absolutely desperate to score a goal at Goodison before he no longer has the opportunity. I'm all for giving him as much of a chance to do so as we can.

….you’re a goal down in a big game, you look at the bench and you make your decision. I can think the only plausible reason is that Moyes thought Broja the better option.

I hoped Chermiti would be the choice, simply because it’d be a positive indication we might have a decent player on our hands. He really needs to be making an impact now.

Moyes wanted Broja at West Ham apparently.

There may be a conclusion here that he likes the player and wants to see him deliver so he can sign him before the end of the season.

He's injury prone and a bit rubbish.

Chermiti is coming off his first long term injury and there may be a number of reasons why Moyes didnt play him.

No idea what they could be but its illogical to use Broja who surely cant be signed
