He gives them time to recover and is cautious with bring players not fully fit back in too soon.

3 months out is a massive setback fitness and preparation wise. Some players can come back in and immediately have an impact. Let's hope he is one that recovers quickly

“Youssef Chermiti is making progress but obviously it’s a very strange injury with the tendon coming off the big toe, it’s a very odd injury, but he is beginning to make progress, although he’s still a number of weeks away, that’s for sure.
He looked good against Sligo but I have been left unimpressed by him overall. I just hope he can improve enough to challenge for the spot. I have more faith in Broja TBH
