If Zaha was coming here, I think it would have been sorted a few days ago, I'd be absolutely staggered if it happens this late.

Though when you are selling your best player and you need to give a big chunk of the money to another team as part of the deal you are going to try to bleed every penny out of the buyer and the best way to do that is use their desperation as your leverage by putting them in a position where an extra 10 million suddenly seems OK. You know, like going for Rojo at 25 when you can't find a CB.
