Zidane v Beckham

Who would you consider to be a great, Zidane or Beckham?

I'm not going to elaborate here, but in the simplest terms, and how do I put this, Beckham is er, not my favorite player you could say.

I'm not going into fine detail here, I just don't rate him, and have never been a fan, there is a part of me that can't stand this individual even.

Zidane is head and shoulders a better player here, has won the world cup, (or rather Brazil lost it) , and has won honors galore with various teams, but it's not about who's won what, it's about the caliber and skill of the player and the Frenchmen wins hands down.

Just scrolled down and saw that Cookie monster thing through the door. :lol:

and a handbag now, what next, I daren't look further...:unsure:
 

What the hell?

The better footballer- Zidane by a million miles.

The better PR machine- Beckham by a million miles.

So if its footballer- Zidane if its famous its Beckham.

Also if this thread has taught me one thing its that I really hate text speak!!!! M8- arggghh!!!
 

beckham for me purly as i have seen him play live at gp/ot a few times and apart from being a total whopper of the pitch on it he always seemed to give his all as well as do the buisness with the ball zz was more of a enigma for me very hot/cold imo
 

Beckham is kind of like the English Landon Donovon. Hes not even within 500 of the best players of all time close to Zidane. Not that hes a bad player like.
