Blows my mind looking at those images now, those that we've all looked at over and over and over again, then seeing it there, real, really real, almost done, seats going in, paving going down, glass being fitted and all the bits coming together in all it's beautiful glory.

The time has flew by , from a disused derelict dock to the way it is now is mind blowing.

And to think we'll be sitting in it around 12 months time .

As far along as it is, I’m still finding it hard to imagine the grass in there. That’s the moment it becomes a football stadium. Can’t wait for that.

I don't envisage the East Stand replicating the ire of the family enclosure never mind the paddock. Too many hospitality types will be more interested in their vol au vents and IPA's.

That’s great. Just had a look at Everton Way site, and looks like all but the most expensive have sold out.

The £750 ones are still available for anyone who’s loaded.
