PSG have been elevated from "a laughable, no european pedigree, oil club" to the greatest team in the world.

Madrid will waltz to number 16 and would have done regardless of who's left in this.

And Bayern and Inter would both have snotted Liverpool.

They'll be the worst PL champions for decades.

City were told to let the season lie fallow for political purposes and it's resulted in a title win for a tripe Liverpool team.
 
Shows how bad the refereeing in the PL is. Salah dives in extra time and even from behind the ref doesn’t even need to check it, calls it for what it is in real time. In the prem the ref blows for a pen as standard, it’s then a 5 minute VaR check whilst some bloke from St Helens who apparently supports Warrington football club but his entire family supports Liverpool tries to find the angle that doesn’t show the massive gap between the two players, quick still of one frame to the ref on the pitch and it’s not clear and obvious that the original call is wrong, then get wall to wall pundits and media telling anyone who will listen how it looks soft but technically they’re the rules.

Absolutely sick of it, they’ve been bending PL games all season to airlift them the league and the first decent European team has absolutely slapped them silly over two legs because they’ve got an impartial ref.

This team under Slot isn’t winning anything in Europe, it’s an absolute fraud.

Everything has fell into place for them this season in the league. City way off the pace and Arsenal having a full front line missing as well as a period with no Saka or Odegaard earlier in the season. Even looking at individual games, they played City away with no Haaland, Arsenal away with no Saliba or Odegaard, Newcastle at home with no Isak. It's small details but they add up. Don't get me started with the refereeing as well as shown when they got bailed out against Southampton this past weekend.

Arsenal are a better team than them. Put the full Arsenal first 11 against Liverpool’s with an impartial ref and Arsenal batter them. Injuries to Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, and Jesus all at the same time did for them this season and the RS still needed favourable refereeing every single week to build a big enough lead that they wouldn’t bottle it. It started from day 1 with Arsenal going down to ten numerous times for nonsense calls. Pigmol had their agenda set from the first game of where the league was going.

In Europe though Real Madrid control the referees hence why Liverpool continue to go out to teams that are actually better than them in fairly refereed games.

"Best team in Europe" looks like Brentford when they come up against a few technical midfielders instead of the usual PL yard dogs who run around for 90 minutes. Always thought this season's iteration of Liverpool have been consistent rather than amazing or eye catching but no one's had it in them to prove it until now
