This is only in the last few seasons as well. There’s a quarter of a billion pounds there even without Salah and with him that’s 6 players for 3 positions all of whom (except Chiesa) cost above 40 million pounds which is Everton’s record transfer fee.

They really are completely dense. Admit your mistake in signing a 90 million pound donkey and deal with the financial repercussions of that like everyone else.

Yeah I saw that, nothing new really is it, if they lose a game all the ex players dust off the cobwebs and are wheeled out pleading on Sky/ Tnt/ papers on the streets demanding/ pleading for lots more players. Top scorers in the league but have no strikers, yada, yada,yada.

Yeah a player who stayed with us for 4 seasons? Got double figure goals from out wide, became a fan favourite, developed to be Brazil’s number 9 and then we sold him for almost double what we paid. Media - Everton have ruined the transfer window.

Liverpool buy Darwin Nunez for 90 million pounds and only a few seasons later they want to sell him for a massive loss because he’s a carthorse. Media - Liverpool need to be backed by FSG to get a striker.

Let’s be real, Salah is the difference this year. The rest are a good standard but no world class players there.

A well-coached team spearheaded by one genuinely world class player (and two other 'high-level' players who's contracts are also about to run out) with a new manager who's only had to tweak a still-largely-Klopp-influenced dressing room. They really aren't anything special..

I'll say it 'til I'm blue in the face - they haven't 'won' the title this season.. the rest of the league have just deferred it

Has had more than a whiff of the Leicester title-winning season about it this one, obviously just far less unbelievable..

Like clockwork every international break now. Best thing Southgate ever did as England manager was cutting that lot out his squads and getting some committed players in. They’ll always choose club first.
