Makes sense with the catering contract going to an American company.

They make Stella, corona, becks and Camden hells.

Hope we don't end up with Bud Light everywhere.

They've definitely held back a good number of GA seats for match-day sales, as they didn't want there to just be upper tier back-rows (and lower tier front rows) left available for those (more expensive) on the day tkts.

Also, a friend of mine is beginning to suffer quite badly from arthritis, but was in one of the later tranches (due to waiting for his son to be eligible). He told the club about his worsening medical condition and his concerns about having to climb too many steps to the only available seats. They invited him down and he was offered seats that he said were definitely not available on the seat map (near a vomitory) in the South Stand.

Maybe they put them aside for less able-bodied people in the later tranches, or maybe they're just part of that bigger number of seats being kept aside for matchday sale only.

I would be surprised if there weren't some match-day tickets set aside for the hospitality sections too. They could probably charge a decent mark-up on those too.

I can imagine the GA seats they want to provide for tourists with packages will be some of the "better seats" to justify the pricing.

Also on the hospitality, I was told there will be either a match to match basis available or group match sales when I went through the process at the liver building.

Be good for some blues when they can to experience the village for example, as the different "pubs" they have on offer seem incredible.

May have been mentioned, been told we have asked for the first three fixtures next season to be played away. Maybe to make sure the pitch is given time to fully bed in. Anyone else heard this?

Ya always saw signs for football stadia, plural, due to Goodison and Anfield being in the same direction from everywhere in the city basically

They ran out of paper towels before half time at the 1st event, and there are no hand dryers or hand gel anywhere. 100s of paper towels chucked near an overflowing bin looked awful.
