ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They can definitely no longer call us bitter after this pathetic reaction. We’ve had bad decisions go for us once in a derby in over ten years. Slippy, Kuyt, Robertson, Henderson etc have put in horror challenges on our players which barely got covered. Firmino got accused of racism and it got turned back around on Holgate. It’s just absolutely pathetic, and I’ll bet now in the reverse fixture they will put in some awful challenges that will go unpunished, as they always do

We've had 3 players legs snapped by other players in the last few years, nt once did we go on like them.
Their reaction is what happens when you’re allowed to get away with everything for years on end and everything goes in your favour.

This is their go to reaction for any perceived injustice.

The insanity from Mark Bosnich on Sky sports news just now claiming that players who cause long term injuries should be banned for the length of the injury!

I also love that fact that there is no mention of us still top, coming behind twice to draw with the league holders and another James masterclass.

I am still expecting a retrospective ban for Pickford because it just feels like there is SO much in the media.

He is only looking at the ball, he had no intention and these things happen in football.
Nazi saluting filth.

Slightly arousing that tongue movement I must say

In fact, Pickford was lucky that he was not injured seriously himself, if you look at the way the legs tangled. The tackle was reckless, typical outfield players tackle by a goalkeeper, but the situation merited a tackle of some sort. Football still is,after all a contact sport (If it wasn't someone like Bernard would be an absolute world beater) Was the ball theoretically dead when the tackle was made because of the offside? I ask because Souness is screaming 'assault' so it wouldn't surprise if the bright sparks at Special Dispensation FC are not consulting their lawyers. Sky Sports has conducted a 15 minute eulogy on VVD this morning, the sort of thing you get at a funeral, and this is the problem you get when the team of pundits is basically top heavy with ex players from one club. So far as well as Spit The Dog, Souness, Phil Babb, we 've had Rushy, Warnock(the ex player who looks like Buddy Holly) etc., and no doubt they'll be bringing on Aldo and a few more. Talk Sport are no doubt polishing up Murphy and others for their daily genuflextion at the RS altar.

Dunk red card
Palace disallowed goal by VAR

How many petitions ?
How much media coverage ?
Exactly.
Both of their offsides were tight but still offside. It would be blatant cheating if they were ignored.
Pickford could have easily seen red.
Mane should have definitely got a second yellow (if not straight red) for kicking out at Mina. Serious foul play.
Ratto's lunge on Mina was the most serious assault by definition as he slid in to take him out and was about 5 yards away from the ball.

It's every single time they lose or draw, there has to be multiple reasons, multiple inquests, multiple moaning knobheads, fans demanding replays, fans demanding prison sentences, trawling through players social media, death threats, ex players demanding criminal charges.

They simply just can't accept anything unless every fkin decision goes their way.

Knobheads
