For me continuity and stability are vital, we are not going to get worse under Ancelotti and Brands. To be honest the majority of his signings have worked and he's cleared an almighty amount of crap from this squad.

Perhaps, but his actions after leaving completely erased any goodwill I might have had for him. As for Brands, I like the fact he's re-upped. Overall, I feel he's doing a good job facing the impossible task of shifting deadwood the likes of Walsh burdenes us with that no other club in their right mind would even think fo taking off our hands.
