Seaman was so overrated. And Shilton was to old in 90 and I think he cost England in the semi v Germany

It shouldn't be that hard take for example Martinez at Villa or Ramsdale both I would say are better than Pickford, one was out of favour and the other in the championship and the pair of them cost less than what we would get if we sold Pickford.

I wouldn't be too sure about that, we'd have to rely on our recruiting team to identify a good up and coming keeper. Firstly would you, based on their recent history, trust them to do this? Secondly, we wouldn't get massive money for Pickford and would have to use most of it to pay for his replacement, who may, or may not prove to be an improvement.

He wasnt though. He was excellent, just played on too long. Should have retired after 86 wc. England had an abundance of keepers in 70/80s and him and Ray Clemence were the top two imo.

I would deffo sell at around £45-50 million though - reinvest in Pope and have spare dough left for a CB & RB.
