I would deffo sell at around £45-50 million though - reinvest in Pope and have spare dough left for a CB & RB.

How would we manage that when Pope would cost us the entire budget on his own? No chance Burnley sell him for less than £40m.

Pope? ha Ha .....prone to more mistakes than JP...not surprising as he gets battered playing for Burnley and therefore has more saves to make....below average keeper imo.

I wouldn't be too sure about that, we'd have to rely on our recruiting team to identify a good up and coming keeper. Firstly would you, based on their recent history, trust them to do this? Secondly, we wouldn't get massive money for Pickford and would have to use most of it to pay for his replacement, who may, or may not prove to be an improvement.

Mendy at Chelsea arguably the best keeper in the league was about that much, these players are out there if you look hard enough.

Pope is ok but overrated. Go with the incrowd and buy Ramsdsle. Only joking, he would never leave Arsenal for the likes of Everton. Change the heffing subject and concentrate on our real weak spots, which do not include Pickford.

Yes Henderson wants a move if can’t replace United’s Spanish ‘keeper but United are prepared to let him go out on loan but will not let him go permanently, they see him as a long term player for United, according to reports in various papers this week.

They're out there if you know where to look, we have been found sadly lacking in the scouting department for a while now. If we were to sell Pickford and achieved 35 mill, every club we went to would want a similar amount for a good established keeper, and, as we know, we really cannot rely on our crowd to successfully identify and sign a star in the making
