Because there is no demise to speak of sir - we've finished 7th, 8th, 8th & 10th in 4 of his 5 full years of his ownership.

Its an actual insult to clubs fans who've witnessed their club torn apart by administration, asset stripping, liquidation etc.

Embarassing some of the stuff on social media you've not had it as good since the 80's outside of a few years under Moyes turning water into wine.

You are a tit sir. Goodnight.

Thats just a kop out for when you have lost a debate mate you're better than that.
It was you saying to Mike that he was 'living in the 80s' and suggesting we'd 'never had it so good'

Its a bad season mate it happens sometimes - Wolves were in the bottom 5 last season, Leicester were in the bottom 6 for large periods the season after they won the title, Villa stayed up 2 seasons ago by a dodgy goal line tech decision under their current amazing owners, the great Potterball and Brighton finished 16th last season, Moyes finished 17th with us one season.

Our fans need to realise we do not have a devine right with this current squad to be in the top 10 every single season.

"Clubs Demise" we haven't won a trophy in 27 years, haven't finished in the CL places in 17 years, haven't finished in the top 6 in 8 years.

There is no demise at present to speak of - the current position isnt good enough but it happens - if it happens again next season then there is a pattern and you can start blaming Moshiri until then you need to start thinking rationally and look at our squad and compare it to other teams as we are not as good as we think we are.

I never had you down as a bedwetter Mike but you've become full on Kev The Rat melodramatic in recent months.

It's a bad season - it happens. We go again next season with hopefully better recruitment in the summer and a decent manager in the dugout.
We had bad seasons in 94 and 98, we followed the former with another bad season (only clinching survival in the penultimate game) and that was glossed over by the fact we won the Cup. We followed the latter with a bad season that needed us signing Kevin Campbell in March in order to stay up

There was no need for it to be a 'bad season' on this scale. None at all. Moshiri made an awful decision in appointing Benitez and then proceeded to rip up the entire footballing structure at the club because of Benitez, only to then sack Benitez.

Get real.
